My paintings speak to the plight of life
on our planet - the fragility of the earth, its atmosphere, and its living
creatures. Our earth 's thin crust, covered by its shallow sea of air,
delicately holds all of our fragile forms of life. As we humans pour wastes
into the air and toxins onto land and into water, species after species
of plants and animals disappear forever. Some of my paintings are on musical
scores to symbolize the need to harmonize with the music of the earth.
Survival of our planet requires our effort as never before. Hopefully
my paintings will bring commitment to harmony with our environment and
peace in our lives.
